An old coaching inn first licensed in 1640. Two ales generally available. The bar snacks are excellent value, and likewise the main meals. This, smart, friendly, and popular hostelry is a classic example of a traditional Somerset inn and is the centre of many local community activities. Outside, accessed via the pub, is a lovely garden (see FB page), and there is seating outside at the front.
