Historic village pub saved from closure by a community buyout and restored through share offers and a huge volunteer effort! The interior has been sensitively refurbished and extended with a traditional bar to the right and a dining area serving high quality food to the left. There is a large garden to the rear with plantings donated by the community. There is a real focus on supporting local producers and suppliers with two changing guest ales from small independent breweries in Somerset, Wiltshire and beyond.
