The George has a traditional look and a relaxed atmosphere. The many areas cater well for both drinkers and diners, and include a function room, conservatory and outdoor terrace. Outside, the large garden overlooks a small stream and a pond, linked to the river Wylye, running close by. A delightful footbridge over the stream connects both sides of the garden. A pub quiz is held every Sunday evening.
