Part of Abbey Ales estate since Oct 2025 and currently closed (Oct-Dec 25) , beer range will change, most details refer to previous operator ( Hall & Woodhouse). The pub has been here since at least 1881 and legend has it that hangings took place across the road from the pub. Now a quite large food orientated roadside tavern.
