Good Chemistry Brewing from Bristol lre-opened the pub on Thursday 14 May 2026, expect 2 Good Chemistry real ales. Deli food for now, kitchen will re-open later. Will show sport on terrestrial tv e.g. Six Nations , happy hour for some keg beers.

Previously a tenanted Bath Ales pub but lease taken on by Abbey Ales in Spring 2024. adding to the three Abbey already operate in Bath -the Assembly, Coeur de Lion and The Star. Usually two Abbey Ales beers, one St Austell/Bath Ales and a traditional style cider. Re-opened May 2024 after a refurbishment, another new landlord from Dec 2025. Card only. Half-mile west of the city centre, opposite Royal Victoria Park and by the river Avon.
